Rebecca Richardson, Branch VP, and her team are the best. My wife and I recently completed a purchase of a new home and we were fortunate enough to have been given Rebecca’s name as a potential person to deal with for our mortgage. While we had some issues on our end (one deal fell through), Rebecca and her team worked diligently on our behalf. I know it is completely impossible, but I felt like I was the only client Rebecca had. There was never any ambiguity as to where in the loan process we were. There was never a time when we did not get an almost immediate answer to any question or concern, including weekends. As someone who has only purchased a couple homes over the past few decades you can imagine that I had no idea what the process was, or how to navigate through it. That is why we relied on Rebecca and her team, and they did not disappoint. With all of the other things I was dealing with to sell our current home, move to another state and purchase a new home, the one thing that never cost me any sleep was my mortgage. Rebecca was with us all the way and is still here for us even though we have now been in our new home for a couple months.
